After which, your account will transition to a free account, supported by advertising. Your journey continues, albeit on a different path.
2. Quest for Refunds: When seeking a refund, adventurers should embark on a quest to our “Adventure Dispatch” form below. Share your details, including the reason for your refund, and our team will assist. Each case is evaluated based on its unique circumstances, and we promise to consider each request with fairness and understanding.
3. Adventurer's Notification: Once our team has evaluated your refund request, a message will be sent to your designated contact point. Prepare to receive a missive from our knowledgeable guides, who will inform you of the decision and any further steps required.
